Course Implementation:

Self-Study
The most universal and easiest way to implement the course is as a self-study course. Company supervisors are provided with a 5-10 minute tutorial for employees to watch that spells out the course and how it works. Employees are also given a study guide to help them keep up. They also take online exams after each section of the course. Supervisors can login and see which employees have taken the exams and track progress. When using this method, it is important that someone in your company be assigned to follow the employees' progress so they will be accountable to someone. Accountability is a good motivator for those taking the self-study course.

Instructor-Guided
Another successful way to implement the course is for a bilingual employee to be trained and certified to teach Visual Link Spanish™. Depending on the ability of the employee, training and certification may not be necessary; however we do still recommend it. Training and certification is available for $399 per person and includes a complete Visual Link Spanish™ course, training manuals, a certificate upon completion, a set of overhead transparencies or PowerPoint lessons for instruction in the classroom, a set of SuperLearning® background music CDs, and correction of certification assignments. Once an employee is trained, they can train others to teach the course. Instructor-led Spanish courses are recommended to run twice per week, two hours per session, for 10 weeks.

There are a lot of materials available and the materials we recommend you use will depend on the method of implementation you decide upon. For example, if using an instructor to lead the course, each student would need access to a computer that has the computer software installed and would also need a Mini-manual. This would be the minimum required materials. However, we would also strongly recommend giving each student a copy of the audio CDs. These 10 audio CDs review what is taught on the computer lessons. Many individuals benefit from this product because they can take advantage of their commute or exercise time to practice their Spanish. While the Audio CDs are not required, they are very beneficial to those using the course.

Many companies also find the Online Exam Tracking extremely helpful in administering this course. This permits employees to go online and take 13 exams on the course. Students can login to see their own scores and supervisors and/or managers can login to see everyone's scores and how many tests have been completed.
