AFFSTAT Report

The AFFSTAT Report is a list of affiliate program merchant facts and figures, released by Affiliatetip.com at the start of every new year. Around 200 Affiliate Managers are interviewed from a cross-section of the industry and asked specific questions about their affiliate programs and how they are run. We were pleased to be one of the programs chosen to participate in this survey.

There is not open access to the report, so I can't send you a copy to review yourself, but I can share a few of the more interesting numbers that help show how our program stacks up to others out there.

"What percent of your affiliates are active (defined as having generated at least one click last month?"
  • Do not know  -  6% of respondents
  • Less than 5% - 16% of respondents
  • 6% to 10%    - 14% of respondents
  • 11% to 15%  - 15% of respondents
  • 16% to 20%  - 19% of respondents
  • 21% to 25%  -  7% of respondents
  • 25% and up   - 23% of respondents

  • Last month The Learn Spanish Today Affiliate Program had an activity rate of 53%.
"What percent of your affiliates earned commission last month?"
  • Do not know  -  4% of respondents
  • Less than 2% - 24% of respondents
  • 2% to 5%      - 27% of respondents
  • 6% to 10%    - 20% of respondents
  • 11% to 15%  -  7% of respondents
  • 16% to 20%  -  8% of respondents
  • 20% and up   - 10% of respondents

  • Last month The Learn Spanish Today Affiliate Program sent payments to 16.6% of our affiliates.
There was one area in the survey where I hope to increase during this next year. We have been working hard to raise overall conversion rates and currently stand at about 1.5% for the last year. With that rate, we were better than 41% of other programs in the survey, which gives us some room to still improve.

Affiliate Tip - The 2 Tier Advantage

Don't forget to take advantage of our 2 Tier affiliate referral program. When you refer someone to our affiliate program, you will earn 5% commission on every sale they ever make through our program. This 5% commission last forever. As long as they sale our Spanish program, you will make commission off their sales. The bigger the site you refer, the bigger your future commissions will be.

To refer someone to the program, send them to our site through your affiliate link. You do have a direct link in your affiliate account, under text links, called "Learn Spanish Today Affiliate Program" which will link them directly to our affiliate page. This will enroll them under you and set you up to receive 5% commission on their sales.

When a sale comes through from an affiliate signed up under you, you will receive the normal email telling you a sale was made on your site and you will received a 5% commission on the sale.

That's it for this month. Please let me know if you have suggestions, or if I can help with anything.
